Aaargh!

I was going to say, I am *so* with Joe - "So, let me get this straight,[...]You guys were really left by the fairies?"

But now I am seriously worried! That is one heck of a line to finish this post on.

Lovely to see Origins continue. And a very happy, if elated, birthday to you, MacG.

The 'fairies' line was my favorite, too. One my even speculate that I wrote the whole bloody story just so I could write that line. *g*

Thanks for the b'day wishes!

Oh, great chapter! I agree, the left by the faeries line is fun. I can just hear Jim Byrnes delivering that line.

I'm so glad you're giving us info on the Sidhe and their reasons and how Methos knows about them. Very clever having Methos be the only adult who lived through the transference into our dimension. Now we know how he got to be so good at surviving. :-) And I can picture him so clearly deciding to go his own way and turning his back on them.

And the explanation of why Mac is the way he is fits perfectly.

BTW, how do you pronounce "Sidhe"? Can you spell it out phonetically for me?

I'm tickled you're still enjoying the story. "Sidhe" is pronounced "shee", according to the sources I've looked at.
