01. Duplicate your base, set to Screen 100%, Flatten image
02. #3e546a Exlusion 100%
03. Duplicate your base twice and put them both on Soft light
04. #7da7d8 Color burn 40%
05. #f49ac1 Color burn 20%
06. #fdfce5 Color burn 100%, Duplicate this layer and set it to Multiply 100%
07. Duplicate one of your Soft light layers and place to top. Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur > Radius 3,5
08. #ebebeb Multiply 50%
09. Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue/saturation > Master

10. #d9fdfb Multiply 30%
11. #fdf4f4 Multiply 100%
12. Write text in the same colour as the last step, set it to Soft light 100%
Done!
Note: How it turns out depends on your base, If the colors are to dark/strong,
you can change the opacity of the exclusion layer or the hue/saturation layer, or add an
extra screen layer.
