YES. Yes times a billion. That's where I think JKR might have made her biggest error (and that's saying a lot coming from an H/Hr post-HBP-reader haha). I never really thought she was a cry baby exactly, but I thought something was off about her. Her few moments in GOF completely reversed my opinion on her. Honestly, if my boyfriend had died (and was that hot, holy wow) and I was just starting a new relationship with THE Harry Potter, I would be a MESS. Maybe it's just because we see this all from Harry's eyes, and he's very confused as well, it comes out as muddled as it does. It's too bad, it could've been amazing. *le sigh*
Me toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. But hey! We have OotP coming up soon! It saddens me that nobody's as excited for this one. I know I'm in the minority here, but that was my favorite book. Everything about it was so...mature. I think it's going to make a fascinating movie, even if its not as action! action! romance! ACTION! as GOF. I'm stoked, I can't wait for the whole process to get underway again.
