I'm a McToolshed.

I'm officially into Grey's Anatomy now. I don't really know how it happened, and I'm not particularly proud of it. I mean, some of the writing is so contrived and the characters just aren't that sympthetic. But then Derek (Patrick Dempsey for anybody who doesn't watch) starts talking and adkjj;dlfdasf I'm a 12-year-old fangirl. But don't worry, ( Read more... )

Uck. The no-sweets thing is ridiculously hard. I've had to redefine what I consider sweets... but I really admire your resolve, here! And yeah, it MAJORLY sucks that there's no Office. My Thursday felt so incomplete and wholly unsatisfactory. And - *hugs* - yeah, I think that workload seems more than a little excessive for a senior finishing out their high school career. Hopefully you get done with this weekend's hmwk soon and can get some rest.

Haha yeah, I was fine with excluding yogurt from my pact, but my history teacher, who gave up sweets all together because his wife is allergic to sugar (a. wouldnt that suck and b. isn't that sweet?) said if I really want to do this right, I can't have yogurt lol. But then when he brought in pastries for my class he made sure to get a croissant with no sugar lol.

I LOVE your icon. Definitely my favorite part from Cocktails. Ilu Pam.

Haha, even more so than Dwight popping up in the backseat in the middle of Michael and Jan's *serious* talk about their relationship? Or Dwight standing on the roof kicking the chimney? XD.

Haha, omg the car scene wins at life. I forgot about that. I thought that scene was Melora's best bit of acting, Steve played off her well, and then OMG Dwight. I nearly died of laughter.

Finally, I have a question. I am a second semester senior, yet I have been working nonstop this weekend and don't plan on finishing my homework until 2 or 3 am this morning. Does that seem abnormal to anyone else?
I've had so much work second semester too! It's ridiculous!

Like, I knew that second semester wouldn't be all fun and games, but this is seriously as bad as junior year right here. It's 10:18 and I still have so much left tonight (maybe it's because I'm on LJ...but still!)

I hate hiatuses. And I hate how all of the shows go on hiatus the same time, so there is NOTHING new to watch for all those weeks. Especially when you're in a situation (like I am with one show) where the episodes right after hiatus are the ones you NEED. lol.

I don't think I would have been able to stick to my pact if I was faced with cheesecake that's that yummy. Go you!

I've never seen the appeal of GA so I've never tried to watch it...I'd be scared to be in that hospital because I think I'd get raped or something lol. I could use something to fill up the 9:00 spot with no O.C. although I have been liking the NBC Thursday lineup.

There's what? 25 Office episodes this season? (23 - two are an hour long and count as 2 episodes each). They're just saving for sweeps since there's only 6 left :(.

I didn't know you lived in Northern California, that's cool! Everyone I talk to online who lives in California lives in like...LA - eww.

I had that much homework senior year too. Bastards.

Haha getting raped in the hospital. There is an awful lot of sex on this show. GA definitely has its flaws, but it's entertaining.

I can't believe there are only 6 more Office episodes this season. That's insane to me.

Haha, NorCal FTW! I love me some San Francisco and Berkeley.
