Well, than you could order sth. to eat (Kartoffelsalat) and describe that the clothes you wear are the ones you like most (I think you mean "Lieblingsklamotten")

well erman was hard to learn for me too and I know french is an awful language to learn.
Thanks for adding me to your friends Claire. French is really hard to learn, I had it in school but now I can just count to ten (and I don't think that this very useful). And I can say 'Je m'appelle'and 'Je suis' but I can imagine that german is very hard to learn, too.
