P.S. *¤hesitant cough¤* Erm. . .Would "Kiss me" not be more "Baises-moi" than "Embrasses-moi"? I could be wrong, of course. After all, I'm not the French/German one here!

I think that stems from, strangely enough, reading 'The Fairy Rebel' by Lynne Reed Banks when I was six or so. The woman, Jan, asks the title character for a daughter with certain qualities, one of them being 'almond-shaped nails'.

Is it scary that I remember that?

I don't know a word of French. Regardless, I can translate it to 'It's very good, my little darling. [no idea] I adore you, [no idea].'

As for 'kiss me' I've no idea, but French is her first language, so *shrug*.
