That looks so good! And totally an easy dinner party entree.

I've printed out a few recipes that I'm going to try to make. I miss having leftovers in my fridge!

Everything turned out beautifully and I was amazed at how easy it was. I think you could totally throw some other veggies in the pot to roast in the butter and garlic with the chicken - some potatoes, carrots, squash, etc. This will probably become a dinner party staple.

What did you print out that looks good? Are you and leftovers friends again? :)

I am wary of the leftovers. They don't sound good, but I reheated some chicken curry the other day and it smelled good, which ended up tasting good.

I have a chicken curry recipe that I'm tweaking and I printed out a chicken marsala with pancetta and cream. The chicken curry is for two servings and I'm hoping to pare the other recipe down to two as well. I also printed out Tyler Florence's mexican pot roast taco recipe thinking maybe I could make a batch of the meat and then do tacos when I wanted to. Not so sure how that would actually work in real life though.
