I'm not upholding myself to my ideal, to don Juan's ideal (of losing self-importance) by explaining myself to you here, but I'm doing it anyway, because in some way I don't want you to think of me as acknowledging myself in many ways in which I don't actually ( ... )

Would you say that the author's original ideas are essentially meaningless?

How far do you want to go in losing self-importance? You must realize, that we have never talked about what each other think so like this, and I am new to it. Like you said, the reader fills up the world with his own morphemes and, but I wish to know what you have to say.

Applying what I know, probably without regard to what you would say, or if you know or not, my entire ideal is beating inherent self-unimportance that I see in all people. People think they are important, but almost none truly are in the scheme of things. Ants.

I don't think the author's original ideas are essentially meaningless, I think they carry immense meaning, every word is so carefully chosen... and most of all his word-decisions hold true. The differences of 'woman' and 'pussy' are widely recognised without needing subtle hints, the author will make no mistake. But there is no ignoring the fact that people go through their own experiences - reality is unique to each - and acquire their own deep and maybe unknown associations. I think a very good author acknowledges this and uses it to his advantage, that is an art to him, the creation of his 'detailed ambiguity ( ... )
