Mmm...Darcy

First things first, Matthew Macfadyen is so hot as Darcy in the new Pride and Prejudice film. So. Hot. And Bingley is adorable. And I just loved it. Even though it cut a lot out, but that is to be expected. Kiera Knightley was surprisingly pretty good. But I have been disappointed to learn that the UK and Australian versions had a scene cut from ( Read more... )

Hey, ramble away in my blog as much as you like.

I have not heard of that book, but if it's sad the entire way through I don't know that I'd like to read it. I suffer enough from Harry Potter books.

I don't know why I didn't update earlier - I thought about it, but I didn't really have much to say.

Good luck for your exam. We should definitely do something! Maybe a Sizzler dinner. Those are always fun and messy (in my grand experience of Sizzler dinners - there is always dessert experimentation).

Thought I'd come across to your journal to say I admired your icon. (otherwise that thread would start looking really silly.)

Now, Miffy is a book I remember really enjoying. I don't know if I'd want to see a movie or a play made from it.

Thankyou for mentioning tightarse Tuesday. I really should have added that. I hope someone reads it and it sways them to go. Even though thats getting to be an old post.

Yeah, Miffy rules. I think they actually made a tv series of her and her friends, which would certainly be better than a movie, because you know that in the play it would be someone in a bunny suit and in the movie they'd try to make it look as realistic as possible, so they'd either use Shrek-style 3d animation or they'd do something like Babe and have an actual rabbit. That's just wrong.

Oh well, I hope people have gone to see Felafel. Great play, great cast, great production.

Thanks for messaging me! I should update again.
