So the final chapter is here. And I have to say the finale made the fangirl in me very happy indeed. Who cares about American Football when Hiruma and Mamori are still together and attending the same Uni? XD Seriously, since this is a very shounen manga I thought we'd never get anything even nearly as canon as this ending, but yes! They are still

Ooooh! you saw it already! I also ma very happy! Sinceit's a shounnen manga, I wasn't sure about anything else than the HM hints, but in the last chapter, Hiruma and Mamori are deffinitively together. Besides, they look like some proud parents to Sena... And the "Mamori-neechan" was neat!

I like the end of "Eyeshield", but it seems it rushed somehow. ï mean, the end of the last match and trying to tell every character's future was too fast... I wanted to see a great match between Clifford and Hiruma, but, well. I also like Unsui's decission. And what about poor Monta? What was his reaction at HM? Hmmmm, so many questions. I hope fanfics can be a good level.

I think the ending was rushed because (from what I've heard) ratings in Japan had been dropping, so perhaps the editors decided that now was the time to wrap things up. I definitely want to see Monta's reaction to Hiruma/Mamori permanent teamup. Also, Unsui needs more love ^_^
