favorite way of procrastinating trying to cure writer's block is to go through the WIP folder. And I came across one of the ones I putter around with - it's a story that I think has a lot of potential and it's a lot

I have a book that not only lists and describes the Seven Archangels, but also gives their angelic emblems, days they are associated with, months, et cetera. You want some info? I have the sources. Cassiel (SPN = Castiel) is sometimes listed. Not always, but usually. I have a story of my own that had included a Cassiel, but now that SPN came along I'm not sure I want to keep the name. Should I? Maybe it would only matter if you knew the story. I'd tell you, but it's changed so much over the years I'm not sure I could describe it anymore. Can I shut up now? I think you sparked a creative gene or something. I should shut up now.

no you should NOT shut up! i love that your mind is even more random than mine, damn it! and i have a lot of info on angels - the Book of Enoch is the one i'm leaning on most heavily for this story, b/c it's the one so often referenced in SPN canon - but then you get into what the Catholics say and what the Orthodox say and what the Jews say and what the Muslims say - and they're all using pretty much the same like 13 names, but spelling them differently and giving them all different attributes. it's actually a really fun rabbit hole that means that the notes section of my fic right now is, i believe, 300 words LONGER than the fic itself.

and of COURSE you should write your story! SPN doesn't own the Angel of Thursday. For goodness' sake, they're not even ON on Thursdays! LOL. i say go for it.

My book (A-Z of Angels) says that Thursday belongs to Sachiel. Cassiel belongs to Saturday, and thus the planet Saturn. I even made a music video based on Saturnine values called Saturnine, set to Dexter. Not that it equates. Maybe it does. I could wank it.

Sunday = Michael, Monday = Gabriel, Tuesday = Samael (Go, Hellboy!), Wednesday = Raphael, Thursday = Sachiel, Friday = Anael, Saturday = Cassiel. I haave no method of typing the angelic script other than scanning but am too lazy to do such right now.

My story is supposed to be a graphic novel and I have tons of artwork for many characters and a lot of it relates to Jewish Kabalism and the Tree of Life with living representations of the Sefiroths fighting for control of post-Roman Europe. Also there are vampires and werewolves. And it somehow relates to Gnosticism and the Aeons versus Archons. My mind is crazier than an Umberto Eco novel.
