You know what's weird. I read the name and then saw your pronunciation guide and thought "didn't I just read this name somewhere?" Strange how certain languages have an automatic flow.

Oh, and it really is good news. It kind of crosses several issues all at once: gender issues, health coverage, and tax law. It's bound to be referenced in many cases to come, I'm sure.

yeah, the AP felt like they had to write out the pronounciation, but i had no problem with it. AP tends to think that if a name is not the Ellis Island bastardization, that no one will be able to read it.

it's a lot of issues that need to be addressed. i so love precedent.
