Nathan - "Jeff, I'm well aware of that provision. However, that provision does NOT cover an auxilary organization which is financed by religious organizations. THAT is where the issue is.

That's incorrect: Churches are completely exempt from providing the services at all. Hospitals, charities and other religiously-financed organizations got the insurance-pays compromise. So if THAT is where the issue is then your friend here is done, he already has what he wants.

That was what the link said, it was the official white house press release regarding that specific concern. I think he was taking the position that charities should also be included.
