what a weekend. swirling from the quiet and calm of heartwood and arriving in a city full of queers, constant noise, constant music, constant people. it was overwhelming and beautiful and totally overwhelming. thank god for the hideaway in the mission, curled up in bed till late or i don't think i would have made it. pride was beautiful, so great
