max pipinich's method for coping:

1) talk to the person with whom you feel like you should talk

2) go to bed and wake up feeling better the next day

3) (not for all people) go bowling

...i think at the moment i'll settle for #2

Go for #1. Easier said than done but it'll prevent anymore irrational bullshit.
