I heard something about the bowling thing lately - what's up? I hear you're really good! That's awesome, I think bowling is totally underrated. Anyway, enjoy Aspen.
basically bowling rocks my socks in numerous ways. Initially I was taking the bowling I class last fall and decided to pre-emtively get my own bowling ball (a ball drilled to fit your hand is only a requirement when you start taking bowling II). I started working at the bowling alley in January sort of because i got to practice for free all the time but also because It totally rocks as a job. I took bowling II in the spring, joined the intercollegiate bowling team and never looked back. I really think that bowling is a really zen activity and I find it really easy to think about nothing but bowling when I'm at the alley. It's great to be untroubled by the problems in life from time to time. :)
Since you think that bowling is an underappreciated activity, perhaps we should go bowling the next time we're both in the same place. speaking of that, I'm not entirely sure what no earth you're doing this summer or where you're going to be and when. please fill me in. :)
tons of people to meet, yes! for example: does Anna Moffat ring a bell!? She's perhaps one of my favorite people ever and I think it was her that said she knew you...

My gosh...everyone is at Aspen this summer. I only wish I had enough time to audition this year. Next year for sure ;)
There's a violist from CWU there...Ross Chambers. Say hello if you see him :)
Have a blast!
