 I am collecting my first ever pet mice on monday and am really excited! Any useful hints and tips?
I've got food, mouse house, bedding, toys, vit-min drops, a salt lick, hideaways and chew toys!
Am i forgetting anything?

by mouse house do you mean cage?

Do you have a solid bottom wheel (mice love wheels)?
A ball?

You don't need the vit. drops if you offer fresh fruits and veggies (a lot better alternative to crappy vits).

Salt licks are not necessary (my rats, rabbits, and mice never touched them... just peed on them...)

Make sure bedding isn't pine, cedar, corn cob, or total comfort. All these beddings are bad/dangerous for such little critters.

I have ecopetbed and animal dreams bedding, both paper-based! Ohh ok, i'll stick to the fresh fruit and vegetables, i'll use the vit-min jobs until they run out!
Yep i have a plastic wheel and cage!
My only concern is that i have a Rotastak cage, is that ok? I've received mixed reviews... Its the space command one and has four different compartments and tubes etc!

I've heard of those cages, but never seen them in person or used them, because I'm in the US. I guess as long as you have enough attatchments (not just one compartment) and you don't mind the cleaning of tubes, it s ok.

Depending on size and how many mice you have, just make sure that the ammonia in the cage doesn't get to high. Mice also carry mycoplasma bacteria and can get respiratory infections from poor cage cleaning.

It sounds like you've done a lot already, you're going to have some very lucky mice. ;)
