I really just bought them frozen (a grocery stor here, Big Y, does "Buy 1 Get 2 Free" sales, and that's when I buy fish and meat). They were (I actually saved the box, because the numbers were so good...), let's see, "Matlaw's Maryland Style Crab Cakes" and there are four in a box. Per cake they have 80 calories, 2 grams of fat, 2 grams of sugars, 5 grams of protein. The ingredient list doesn't have anything weird, either. They were righteous, and it's always nice to have something decent to put into dinner rotation. They only took about 20 minutes in the toaster oven, too.

Shame on me for being all mainstream, but frankly, I'm pretty amused by SpongeBob myself.

that's genious.
and i'd just like to share how much i love the name "squidward". i think it is also genious. especially when they call him "squid" and "squiddy" because it's totally ed and eddy and no kid ever gets it. i enjoy when cartoons make jokes for the grown ups too.

also, one of my favorite pictures from my wedding is my nephew entertaining us all outside before we went in and walked down the aisle and he is totally telling a spongebob joke, which is actually kind of funny.

I love the grownup jokes part. That's why I loved PeeWee.
