*gasps* whoa.. that's a fucking weird illness.. my aunt got diagnosed with that, until they found out it was actually MS (which is a common mistake in the initial stages) they'll probably be testing you for all kinds of stuff now.. jesus beck.. well- that explains your fatigue, amongst other issues you've had. at least now, you can get the right treatments you need, and i'm sure feel alot better- now that you & the doctors know what the problem is. *hugs her* i'll call ya later tonight..

Yea, right? Pretty fucked up. But it makes sense... putting it all together (so odd that it can all be put together though, eh?). I have already been tested for a bunch of stuff *sigh*... tired of special doctors and tests *pthubbth*. Thank Christ it didn't turn out to be Hep. (one of the many things they tested for, blargh) I would have truly hurt someone.

if you have to get on prednisone i also recommend reading the book "coping with prednisone"
that drug can damage your body in the long term just as badly as lupus so it is good to be aware of the vast side effecgts and how best to minimize and prevent them.
