So, I have an appointment at the clinic today to do this blood sugar test thing.  Basically, what they do is they take some blood from you, give you this ultra sweet tasting crap to drink, and then, two hours later, they take some more blood and run some tests to see how well your body handles sugar or something like that.  The test is designed to

Good luck!! And I hope the test goes ok. Having diabetes would REALLY suck. My uncle has it, but my parents don't, so I don't think I'm at too much risk. Hopefully it's the same for you!

Well, dunno... I don't mind new people friending me, as long as they're real people, as in, they actually post regular LJ entries and comment on my stuff every once in awhile. I've had some people friend me out of the blue, but then they never seem to post anything (either to their journals or mine), so I'm like, "Why did you bother?"

But, anyway, awesome you're not one of those, then welcome aboard! :)

You don't have to worry. I post and do comment rounds just about every weekday and sometimes on the weekends if I'm not too busy.
