Marvel X-Land appears to be doing really well this year, but with X-Factor it really struck gold. The series was, hands down, the best thing to come out of the whole 'House of M' circus, and, two years later, it's still going remarkably strong. I'm practically in love with it.

When I found out that Monet is in the new X-Factor line-up, I was so sure she was going to constantly annoy me. The first issues didn't exactly reassure me. I mean, she surprisingly didn't get on my nerves, but she didn't really make a very favorable impression on me either. Then, at some point, she just seamlessly morphed from unexpectedly-not-irritating into awesome and now I'm positively giddy about her. I honestly didn't see that coming.
Also, Rictor/Rahne is surprisingly hot.
I second that. And Raimondi draws them just right.
It really, really is. So very much.
Good to know that I have a fun evening in front of me ;)
