I got both of the zip files...I don't remember what was in what so I'm lumping them together:
"This Grace" - Neverending White Lights/Dallas Green: I actually only have one song from this album ("Our Final Hymn" because it features my beloved Jimmy Gnecco) but I really like this track. I said it before...but there's totally something about Dallas's voice that is so appealing to me.
"Books From Boxes" - Maximo Park: I have A Certain Trigger but nothing from this album...and I think I like this song a lot more than anything on that album. Love the lead singer's voice
( ... )
Thanks for the latest mix!! I'm really digging the bluesy stuff from Betty Davis, and Stefanie Heinzmann. I tried to find more Stefanie at eMusic but no dice. And she's from Sweden! I love everything and everyone from Sweden, I swear to God.
Richard Cheese is always amazing, and I didn't have that one! Love it!! I was also really digging Texas Lightning, that was very upbeat and catchy.
I seem to be enjoying the female singers more than the male on the last batch, but I do like all of it.
I want to send you another zip tonight. Could you let me know what you thought of the last zip, or if you even got it so I could send you another one? :)

great great great selections!
the best happiness money cane buy - WOW what a great song! I've listened to it a few times and it's so catchy and the lyrics are ace.
isabelle - gregory and the hawk are reeeally good. The two songs of there's that I have now are so melancholy and beautiful. They remind me a bit of Poe. There needs to be more music like this!
the everglow - I really liked this one too. I found myself following the piano line more than the singing, it's really pretty! I've never heard of Mae before, but they sound kind of familiar.
green eyes - this song was definitely my favourite. Everything just hits my buttons. The singers voice is kind of jaded sounding, and with the stop starting guitars I am happy happy happy.
prison on route 41 - What a sad song! I had to listen to it a few times to get the story of his entire family being in jail! I really enjoyed it.
goods - win win win. What a cool song! The instrumentals were so catchy! I really liked this one too.
All hits! I really liked this zip, thanks so much!
Pal, I just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying the music you've sent me. It's all right up my alley right now. I can't really think of specific favorites right now, but you're doing a great job!
Feeling much better now! I've just downloaded the last two zips and right now I'm listening to Margot & The Nuclear So And So's which I like a lot! I'll do a proper write-up tomorrow, but I must complement you on picking songs that are new to me!
