Not dead, but the internet connection is. I've had to make a trip in order to ensure my Pros Big Bang fic was posted on the correct day

I hope you really enjoy your holiday. The last time I was in London I took the OH on one of those tourist buses and to a bunch of places like the Tower. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it too. I think when you live in a place it's easy to stop really seeing it.
Congrats on getting your story posted. *twirls you*
I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in on reading the BB stories but right now all I really do after leaving work is doze on the couch but the new semester will settle down and I *will* find the time.
I've not been bad at reading the stories, but because I've downloaded them as ebooks, I've not got around to commenting yet. Bad Andy. Will do though. There's some cracking stuff up!
I really enjoy living in London, but I don't get time to do all the sights. I've done the ones I've been most interested in - The British Museum, the Science Museum (I used to live pretty much opposite), Victoria and Albert, Natural History, Kew Gardens...
But some of the more... national treasures I've not had much of a chance to look at. So it's nice to take the time out and do!
The Tower is brilliant. Also, Open House weekend is happening! River Police Musuem? Bob should be there. I'm also thinking of visiting the gin distillery that's opening that weekend, too.
Also tempted to visit the Brunel museum in Rotherhithe.
And give my love to the meerkats at the zoo. Tell me if you can spot which one is Gladys.
As far as I recall the tower is good (Did it in my first year when Mum and Pinds came to visit). I'm a fan of open top bus tours so long as it's not freezing (been on one too many in not great weather). We realised how much we hadn't done when we were moving here and made an effort to do many of the london sights, still didn't get to go up the monument though.

I'm so pleased! I was a bit worried about posting, but have got myself a mobile dongle, so just had to hunt that out. It's working fine, thankfully.
I'm having fun being a tourist in London!

Enjoy your holiday! :)
PS: I'm getting confused with your different journals, so I'll just comment on all of them *cheeky grin*

Will give your love to the meerkats. We're taking the mob though, so we shall see how it goes...

I've not been to the Tower! It's a bit of a shock, but there you are! Not done the Monument either. Hmm. Might have to do that.
So, have you done the Empire State and Macy's then?
