Well, it's October now--are you still here?

Needless to say, I'm very glad you & your friend are ok.

It never ceases to amaze how so many people can continue to drive drunk (and distracted) in this country. Stupid, stupid.

I have, thankfully, made it into October. :) So hopefully that'll be it for awhile.

I was at a comedy open mic last night, and one of the comics made a joke about his DUI. I couldn't help but cringe and hold back the urge to punch some fools when several of the audience members whooped and cheered about their own supposed DUIs. Yeah, that's something to be proud of, guys. :P

Sadly I don't have the guy's name. And if I did, I don't think giving it to you would be the greatest idea. And anyway, I thought you were trying to avoid violent run-ins with crazy people? :)
