actually I'm still confused o.O

my friend (blame her for making me crazy into SJ) read about it and something about he would be exempted from military if he's the only child in that generation of his family or something...
but I'm not sure, perhaps I should take closer look about that *___*

Haha, all of them...I think you had like, three or four posted with this story? *I'm just replying to the comment so I can't see your entry to be sure*
The links were in green font, but for some odd reason I just thought the font change was your layout's way of showing that a phrase was bold or italicized.
