I like all your thoughts here. I especially like your Shoghi quote. I was just reflecting the other day about how the Baha'i revelation is hard to encapsulate. Because there is soooooo much writing that it's hard to boil it down without losing pieces. It's like, any spiel you give about the faith can give the wrong impression because it fails to include the richness of the perspective. Like all those things listed in that quote. It's easy to think about all the things listed that we are admonished to work for, and forget about their relative importance to that last little bit about perfecting and embedding those eternal principles in our characters.
