There was jam in a jar

and the jar was ajar -

Oh! How James did rejoice!

He loved orange jam

and he loved ginger jam

any jelly jam in a jar.

So he jiggled with giggles

and he jigged a jig then

and he juggled six jugs

To reveal his joy!

and he jumped in the jar

Since the jar was ajar

And adjusted his jaws...

There was James in a jar -

and no jam.
