Jack's kinda been annoying me for the last couple seasons...the character's just gotten smug and routine. He was more fun in the beginning.
(Also, the Jack/Jo storyline? ARGH. Though I do appreciate the way the actors have acted it physically; of course Zane immediately picked up on it in that one scene where Jo was worried about Jack being hurt. Still. ARGH. I enjoyed them a lot more as friends who hung out drinking beer at Jack's house.)
I...pretty much agree with all of this? I mean, I didn't mind the Jack/Jo (though I've never/will never ship it) at least until the nudity bit. Like, did we really need that crap? No

There were parts I enjoyed, and I really should stop expecting much from Eureka these days (like Sanctuary, it only pays lip service to the idea that women should get something to do).
Why? She wasn't even in the original reality to begin with. In fact, they've stopped trying to find out what happened and get back to the place they're supposed to be.
Killing off yet ANOTHER woman of color (who is actually an interesting and fun character) doesn't strike you as a bad idea?
Why kill off a woman anyway? Oh, right. Because women are more expendable than precious male characters (who are, for the record, boring as hell, AND a dime a dozen on this show).
Or are you one of those people who doesn't understand why more women (and more women of color, who should ideally have roles that aren't just 'sassy best friend') should have roles on television?
3. The death of Holly Martin. I am fucking pissed about this, as it's obvious it was only so that Fargo could have some 'character growth'. For fuck's sake, that end scene in 5.3 is two dudes mourning the death of a woman. I AM SO TIRED OF THIS PLOT. SO FUCKING TIRED. And there was NO reason for it. None.
Oh, wait. There was. Because you can't kill Zane, Fargo or Jack, and killing a red-shirt wouldn't have emotionally resonated with people. And besides, Holly's only purpose was to be Fargo's trophy in his ongoing game of egos with that dude Wheaton plays.
Hm. I figured it was due to Felicia Day being overbooked and not able to commit to the show for another season. I kind of have issues with the character in general - it's clearing playing to type for her, and centered far too much around who she was dating. But there were awesome portions of her character too....hence, issues.
Jack/Jo was creepy. And I think (I hope!) it was designed to be. They just aren't meant as a romantic couple. Too different for that, but awesome
Holly was an obvious choice as she was long enough on the show to not be a nameless victim no one cares about and at the same time she had the least time on the show (there was no way they kill any of the others) but the whole thing was so painfully obvious way to put drama and advance plotlines of other characters I was left feeling rage. I was all why not Zane (even though every time Niall smiles my mind skips a little) but then I remembered Jo and I want Jo happy (stop having Universe piling crap on her). So why not Fargo - that would have a large emotional impact on everyone (and Neil still be voicing SARAH
