I love that they can't keep their hands and thoughts off each other, even through the seriousness of their mission(s), and that there are so many layers of feelings woven throughout this. Because it wasn't easy, despite the attraction, and there was always uncertainty about everything that wasn't just the two of them. Sam couldn't know why Kara would be all nerves about bringing them back to Galactica and I'm so glad you played with that a little bit here. And I love the growing intimacy between them, even in so short a time.

Totally personal fanon, that they can't keep their hands off--but they ARE pretty touchy-feelie in canon. It's always hard to tell what the other knows, and at this point, neither of them really know each other--though they do end up knowing each other better (it is always a bit weird to try and decide what they know about each other and when--or perhaps weird isn't the right word),
