This is how Cally should have been written. Her projective telepathy giving her agency even against non-telepaths, instead of making her vulnerable to every kind of possession in the galaxy. And not giving up. She was fighting the Federation before she ever met Blake's crew, and I believe she'd go on doing it. This is the woman we were introduced to, and saw so seldom afterwards.

She's also one of My Girl's otherselves, and I love to see her treated with respect.

Thank you =D

I know. I frequently despaired at how she was written in those first two seasons. She was mostly a non-entity. And she was sometimes written well in season three, but it was still All About Avon and sort of annoying.

Sigh. I sometimes wish Avon had died and Cally had lived.

Travis considers doing just that, but decides with a cynical sigh that if he did, she'd get shot, and the next job wouldn't go half as well without her. He might not like admitting it, but she was useful to his plans.

And the rest was marvellous too!

Thank you! =D

Sometimes, I really want more Blake's 7. And then I think of all the things that could go WRONG with it. And no.

I know the feeling. Then I write original fic with heavy B7 influences.
