I am still hacking out the details, as it were.

And season four is ridiculously depressing. like, every episode, they gain something, then lose it completely. It's sort of hilarious, but also sad.

Yeah, Blood of the Daleks is just really not a good story. It has interesting bits, but the very end pisses me off so much that it completely ruins the interesting bits. The second season of Eight'n'Lucie is usually where I recommend people start, but comm.

If they'd made it more insane, a la that Coat and Evelyn one where EVERYONE IS NUTS, it might've worked better? Instead, I was sort of going "...so, women are flighty creatures who are too stupid to listen to reason...and only good for stealing their bodies..." a lot, which wasn't so good.
