If she's not in every episode, it's pretty close! They had an ensemble cast, rotating the same actors to play different characters each episode. it was pretty nifty. :)

And yay picspam! I could love this show for the costumes alone. :)

Lovely picspam! The costumes are so much fun, and I adore Kari Matchett in all her various roles but particularly as Lily Rowan.
