Posted mostly for the ontd_startrek Wednesday Bake It So post! Also, kind-of large images? I don't actually know what qualifies as large. I hella scaled them down from the originals before uploading, but they still look pretty big to me and I fail too hard at HTML to try and resize them that way.

Oh, and if you're supposed to steam the meatballs, it's possible the lettuce is to put under them (instead of the little squares you have in the pic) -- I've seen cabbage and/or lettuce used in those bamboo steamers before.

Yeah, I figured, but was confused because the recipe specifically called for the 2-inch-square pieces of parchment paper to put under the meatballs. I don't know if maybe it was a melding of two recipes or something and some bits didn't get taken out? Whatever, probably either way would work.
