Okay - throughout the night, I kept a notepad open and would jot things down in it as they occurred to me. Some have to do with work, some have to do with things that I ran across during the night online.
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions. 2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten. 3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
The worst part about having to shift your schedule around to accommodate a day seminar? Trying to get to sleep the next day so that you aren't going into the graveyard shift already drained. Need a nap - need a nap - need a nap

"In my day" - what the hell does that even mean? I you are alive, aren't these still "your days"? Where is the cut off from "my day" to "his day"? What if you share a day?
