I'm jealous. I missed the cut-off for "Early Adopter" by only a few days. The LJ FAQ says "mid-September 2000" and I created my account on September 26, 2000. Wow. I've been doing this over 8 years! Not that I could use an Early Adopter account... I have way too many userpics and scrapbook files, but I still find it funny.
I've often considered volunteering in the Help areas, but it never looked organized enough to be worth my time pouncing on issues before another volunteer beat me to the punch. But then I haven't looked over there in probably 5 years, so it may have improved since then.
