Last night, I told someone that I love them without expecting reciprocation. My expectations were met. My words and feelings were honored and respected, which is what I wanted. I do hope to hear them in return someday. For now, the fact I got there first is a lot for me

You put forth your position, and now have to trust in Fate, or the gods, or what all, and let things go forward as they will.
