"I see you people way too much."

The disease is spreading: AJ Cook has a Twitter. Still not enough for me to get one, but it is amusing to see the Criminal Minds peeps goofing around with each other. That set must be one of the funniest places on the planet!

Speaking of Criminal Minds, this week's episode had so much potential, but somehow it just fell flat - even Emily's gayness ( Read more... )

I could say so many things, repeat everything you said... Instead all that - I love you. You get it all.

If there's anything I could possibly add, is how much I loved Garcia using Battlestar Galactica's 'frak', subtituting a much cruder f-word.

Guess what? We're so not watching this episode in the summer. :p

Garcia, in general, was the salvation of this episode. Even if she did wander off into the night by herself (seriously, as ridiculous as Emily leaning over the edge of the building in 2x18). The "frak" moment was priceless. *g*

Mwahaha! Ain't that a fact. We can spend that time better by watching Bebe, Out of Practice or LotS.

There are some disappointments in this episode, but now I feel it's basically okay...or is it because I feel every episode is at least okay after "The Fight"?="=

The conversation between Emily and JJ in the beginning reminds me lots of fanfics, in which Emily loves JJ deeply but the latter is totally oblivious. It's sad to see how little JJ knows Emily in some aspects. *sighs*

Oh, absolutely nothing will top the awfulness of "The Fight", ever. Maybe it's the general 'meh-ness' of the season, but most episodes are simply a disappointment.

Hee! The fanfic observation is so spot-on. JJ is so oblivious to it all that Emily can't simply come out with the truth.

- Joe Mantegna posted this pic of himself and Paget at the dock on Facebook, it's cute: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=3705507&id=39946549481... )

It was amusing how they were pretending to be in the cold in Alaska, but then suddenly, Emily was wearing nothing on top of her shirt.

Joe's photos = ♥

I was hesitant to actually come out and say it (this literally pains me!), but yes, Emily looked like a hooker! Awful. So awful. It looked like something Paget would wear...

*sigh* So many scenes are much better nowadays if you mute them.

WORD. It marginally redeemed it all when they actually admitted the ridiculousness of the "Anyone there?" comment. Same with Garcia running into the night, since Morgan pointed out afterwards that she should've asked for backup.

Noooo! I will not yield! Say no to Twitter!

Let me summarise your words:

Emily looked like a hooker! [...]It looked like something Paget would wear.

Hmm. ;)

I resisted for the longest time but then there was Bridget Regan and that was that.

Exactly! Have you seen some of those things Paget wears at times? :p

re: LHDP
I just decided to create my own fantasy LHDP world where Pepa is actually with this lady here:

That is SO much better. ♥ I think it all would actually make sense a few seasons into the future, but since the show ends with the current season, they should've just left it as it is. *sigh*

Criminal Minds is getting so disappointing. But at least I get to be all snarky for once!

In other news, Los Hombres de Paco, YOU DISAPPOINT ME. Again. No matter how crappy the final season has been, this was the one thing I believed TPTB wouldn't have the nerve to do. Bastards.

Actually, I give them props for trying. Short of resurrecting MA, were Pepsi fans ever going to get what they wanted? If Pepa ended up single while everyone else gets paired off, they'd bitch that everyone gets a happy ending except the lesbian. If she gets with someone else, they're disappointed it's not Silvia. If she dies, they bitch that the lesbian ALWAYS dies and why do the lesbians get fridged when the straights get their happily ever afters? Etc. I give tptb points for trying, at least. (Also, I've been hearing rumors of a time jump--so I'd be much less offended if Pepa doesn't shack up with this chick until, you know, five years later.)

My issue is that the chick looks younger than Sara, which seems ten sorts of skeevy to me. But...whatever, I guess.

Hmmh, I still think it would make much more sense if Pepa somehow found the inner peace that's been lacking since Silvia's death and that's how it'd all end for her. It's not so much about the idea of Pepa having a new love interest that bugs me, as it is about me finding it all completely incredulous and fake. Granted, a possible time jump would make it easier to swallow, but the way Silvia's death fucked Pepa up, I doubt you'll ever bounce back from something like that.

Then again, I give props to TPTB if they're actually aware of all these lesbian clichés! In that sense, it's amicable what they're doing. Too bad I'll have really hard time believing it.

I think it depends on how they portray the Pepa/new girl relationship, honestly. If they portray it as rainbows and hearts and puppies and this chick is the love of Pepa's life, like a year after Silvia died, then yeah, that's bull.

If, however, it's portrayed as like, you know, five years later, and Pepa is just now beginning to open up to this new girl, just starting to see the sunshine again, and Pepa's thinking, well, this girl could maybe, possibly, make me happy...then I think that's more believable. And honestly, I could see the writers doing that. So.

tbh im just happy she ends up with a girl rather than with that new phorensics guy..forget his name..but yano the one she slept with and now seems to be all over all the time at the mo.

I think its obvious that Silvias death fucked Pepa up royally and this season is supposed to be set 6 months..well more like a year afterwards now right? so we;l see..im with you if its all rainbows then itl be bull..but if its slow and serous then thatd be way better than her turning hetero or singleton or dead imo. we shall have to see. How many episodes are left of this season..do you know? xx
