"My props are all in the wrong place!"

Time is running out like woah! Two weeks. Two weeks. I am starting to FREAK OUT completely, because I'm convinced I've forgotten something important. It's probably nothing, though, but tell that to my brain which has decided to over process absolutely everything.

Anyway.

Season 16 of Hospital Central. I don't even want to think about not being ( Read more... )

Monica and Lola would have been such a cute couple. I'm so upset that they're killing Lola off.

The new Doctor is a blast. I loved the bikini comment to Esther and Maca in the operating room. I just about fell off my chair.

On another note, have you seen that there is a new Italian version of Hospital Central called Terapia d'urgenza (Emergency Therapy)? So far three episodes have aired. Some characters are a new pediatrician called Marina with an old girlfriend called Vera. There is a nurse called Esther (new love interest) and a desk attendent called Terasa. It goes so far that in the first episode Esther mistakes Marina for a new nurse. It's quite the copy cat.

The following link is to a website that talks about the show and has a few youtube links to the Marina and Esther story line so far.

Eek, only two weeks! I totally understand that you feel like you forgot something. This is something big that will last for quite a while, and you don't believe you could possibly have remembered everything. ;

Oh but excitement!

EDIT: Ack, wrong button, sorry lida82.

Exactly! Well, if I indeed have forgotten something, at least I'll be on the same continent and not on the other side of an ocean for instance.

Oh, by the way, I knew you'd cave eventually (re: my package). *g* I probably wouldn't have lasted a day...

I'm so used to main characters on TV not dying that it took me a while to comprehend what Lola's faith actually is, and that they really can't save her. I'm still in mourning, and the episode where she'll actually die, I'll probably sob my eyes out all the way through. My guess is that it'll be the season finale.

The new doctor! Yes, and Maca's "He's a bit weird, huh?". Funny stuff.

I had no idea there's now an Italian counterpart. So...weird. And Marina? Really? And it's somewhat comical that they didn't even bother changing Esther's name. Weird.

"I don't even want to think about not being able to use BitTorrent (*sob*) in a few weeks, because I need my weekly hospital drama fix so badly whenever the show's on."

Just a few weeks to get an Internet connection? You just hope so... and what if they restrict (gasp!) downloading at the campus? ;) ;)

No, no. The internet connection is included in the rent, but because it's a university network, BitTorrent probably won't work and I'm forced to acquire my TV shows elsewhere. Oh, the trouble!

Well, I'd say it is probably going to work just fine, but school ISP is going to burn your ass if you download too many warez. :p Their privacy policy should be one of the first things you want to learn once you get there... ;)

I did not understand anything she said during that interview, except random words here and there. but she is so cute and adorable I just want to hug her.

You will definitely forget something, but in the end it won't matter at all. in fact there is only one thing you really need and that is your wallet with your passport and credit cards. believe me, I have forgotten every possible thing you could forget, and it all worked out. even though I still have to live with my mom bringing it up whenever I forget to bring something home or take it with me. I seriously think that for a packing frenzy one hour before leaving for a year (I admit it might have been a tad bit late) I did pretty well. who needs underwear anyway?

I most definitely will forget something, yes. I'm just hoping it'll be tweezers or something as unimportant. Besides, I suppose a part of the purpose of this whole thing is to learn how to deal with situations like that, so... *g*

But seriously, how can you forget your underwear?? :D Even if it's only an hour before departure.

in my defense - I was wearing some and it is small and sort of not as important as my laptop and my ipod and so I just forgot.
believe me, you are not the first one asking me that (the first one was my mom *g*)

I reckon 16x03 is what we need, and a lot more of it too! It was a lot funnier than others even though it wasn't very funny at all, if that makes any sense... Like when Esther told Maca about Teresa's bus being hijacked - Maca's "WTF" face was AWESOME. Maca's facials pwn in this ep.

Heehee Maca changing the subject hard out. They so wanna do it on the table already! Ugh. I'm so torn. Veroo~~ *whines*

They just need to shag like bunnies already T_T

Teresa is awesome as always! *♥*

Oh and Carlos asking Maca questions... ;( ;(

This episode was significantly better than the previous one - mostly because Teresa was awesome. And, like you said, Maca's facial expressions, even in 'serious' situations, were brilliant! And she kept asking "Are you serious?!" a lot, heh.

I admit, after reading some not-very-nice things about Carolina Cerezuela, my passion for Maca/Vero has toned down a bit, but I still want to see them go at it like rabbits. *sigh*

Patricia Vico did a wonderful job in the Carlos-asking-questions scene. You could see exactly what Maca was going through, and Patricia brought those feelings across perfectly.

Oh god loving all the Maca pics, How have I lived this long without Maca in my life? I'm now having to go through your journal to see your old Hospital Central picspams! She is ridiculously hot and only getting hotter it seems!

Great finds with the bloopers, made me miss ER! Love Alex Kingston!

OMG two weeks, I bet you are ridiculously excited! I hope you're not netless for too long!!

Maca/Patricia Vico = GUH. I swear, that woman has the perfect gene pool. This week's episode can't air soon enough!

Re: my trip, I'm ridiculously excited, but also ridiculously nervous, agitated and fidgety, heh. But mostly excited!
