The first promo pictures for Season 4 of Criminal Minds have finally surfaced, and I, naturally, spoiled myself silly. The writers are either trying to trick us into believing one thing & ignoring the other possibilities, or it's the biggest cop-out in the history of television. You decide:

Norwegian gals do look a little like that, sure. Due to reorganization, the Norwegian team in tp-tec is going to be right next to Finland's team, so I'll get to observe them in detail. Still, I doubt I will see many handball team look-a-likes. Usually you can only tell from which Scandinavian country someone is only after they open their mounts. ;)

Norwegians are such pretty people! And make sure you listen to them talk; Norwegian is so much more beatutiful sounding than Swedish. ♥

Rgr that, I have listened my neighbor chat with another Norwegian at work quite many times. It does sound better than Swedish. I envy them... a Swede can understand a Norwegian somewhat regardless of differences in their languages.

I'm actually really proud of the fact that basically no one outside of Finland can understand my language. It's cool. *g*

Weee! The semifinals! I totally agree about loving the entire team. The only one missing is Isabel Blanco. Once you've seen her in action, she'll get you too.:)

I can't wait for Thursday, though I don't know if it will be streamed live in the US, since USA network will be broadcasting the match later. I hope Katja is able to play. You're right, it's just not the same without her and she was playing so well.

Oh and in my total blind obsession with handball, I forgot to say that the Fake!Haley scenario would be lame.

Oh, Isabel Blanco = ♥ I absolutely love her in Ikast (that battle cry type of a thing whenever she scores? Yum.). Is she injured again, or why isn't she in the Olympics? I've been trying to find that out, but it's surprisingly difficult to wade through all the info.

It seems like I'm forced to watch Thursday's match online again, since the Finnish TV is only broadcasting the game after it's already been played! So annoying.

The latest news about Katja's knee is promising, so I'm really hoping she's going to be there for the semifinals.

I feel strangely ambivalent about the season opener. I bet it's one of those "Sorry, Kate. I forgot my jacket in the office, I'll be right back." scenarios. Lame, lame, LAME.

God, I love video where Nyberg is on the sideline and Hammerseng makes this big heart with her fingers (or was it Nyberg? I seem to not be able to remember the specifics since I was too busy squealing at the time). If they ever break up, I'll cry.

As for Agent Joyner, thank god someone else has seen the pictures and agrees it seems like a MASSIVE copout. But there were also spoilers that a male member of the team would be "disfigured" or something by the attack and would have to deal with it. I hope they don't mean "psychologically scarred."

Fucking Captain Crawfish. I wish he'd gotten blown up. JJ can raise that baby with Emily.

I went back through your entries until I found the video and Nyberg's BIGGER HEART is killing me.

The air hearts video is the BEST THING EVER. I can never watch it without making at least a tiny squealing noise. Now I'm simply waiting for those two to get married, because they basically already are. They have the house, the dog, they spent every waking moment together, and they're talking about wanting children. Come on!

I don't know why I'm actually surprised that the writers of Criminal Minds seem to simply play with us. It's always like this when there's supposedly a "big" plot twist in a TV show. But damn, I still thought the writing on this show was better than that.

At least it's not Reid (god I hope it's not Reid). That poor little woobie of woe has had enough for the next two seasons at least, although he'll probably get kidnapped again (spoiler?).

We all knew it wasn't going to be Garcia since she already got shot. Odds are off on Rossi since he had the big "Charm Bracelet of Mystery" payoff. They were never going to blow up the pregnant lady. Which left Hotch, Prentiss, and Morgan. I thought it would be interesting if they physically impaired the most physical member of the team, Morgan, but also kind of hoped it would be Prentiss, because dammit, nothing ever happens to her.
