I want to take a blowtorch to this asshole. He is a disgrace to anyone who went into academia or medicine to help people.

I'll leave the blowtorching and beating and general maiming to you and everybody else, since everyone's got that covered. I want to hunt down every person who was supposed to have read his proposals, every person on the ethics board that was supposed to oversee this and slap them all upside the head with something heavy and pointy.

This is why we have review boards, to stop shit like this on paper.
