Seriously? I think there will be a showdown between Harry and Allies and the Black Council (led by a resurrected Justin DuMorne), and oh my god please no Thomas will sacrifice his life for Harry. I think ultimately Harry will triumph, but that the cost will be so high that it is just about a hollow victory.

Alternatively, Thomas doesn't die, but Justine, Murphy, Molly, Mouse, and the rest will die. It's going to suck either way and I'm going to cry.
