So, moving.

The company that I'll be working for is paying for relocation, including professional movers and everything. Which is great, except for the part where I talk to a "relocation consultant" and they take care of everything for me. To be fair, my consultant has been wonderful and timely in responding to emails and all that, but it took two ( Read more... )

I would love to have someone move me, personally. SO MUCH. Especially if they could pack it properly.

Actually no. We're moving up and have plans to find a place before the furniture and stuff gets there.

Yup, did some looking and research on neighborhoods, but for the actual possible places to rent, we've got a real estate agent on that right now (yes, the company's paying for that too.)

Oh, I am all about the having other people pack and move for me. I just wish it can happen on my timetable rather than theirs.
