First of all, welcome back, and I'm glad you had a great time in Barcelona (looking forward to pictures!). Secondly, OMG OMG OMG CONGRATULATIONS!!! Haha, I KNEW you'd do well!! I'm so happy for you- how amazing that you get to be your class's representative! And congratulations on the award! How absolutely marvelous for you!

As for clothes, do you have to wear an academic robe or anything like we do in the US? If so, I highly recommend wearing a swimsuit under the robe, especially if it is hot and/or humid. It also makes for very memorable photos. ;) At least you still have until the 17th of September to shop!

Hee! No, we don't wear robes, so a swimsuit would probably be a tad too revealing for a formal occasion *g*. And thank you for the congratulations -I was pretty sure I'd do ok, but I really didn't expect I'd be the first (though I did kind of hope I'd be...) So, OMG indeed!
