There is not enough Fred anything in the world, so I will happily take your Fred talk/meta and be quite happy about it. I'm curious about what you have to say. :D
Its funny that you ask for a Dawn fic rec because I'm actually re-reading The Dawn Chronicles. I actually wrote it last year for a Big Bang but have since completely forgotten about it, so its like I'm reading it for the first time, lol.
As for something Chloe Sullivan related, there's a crossover fic between Smallville and Secret Circle called The New Circle by shadowglove. The plot is super compelling!
For Caroline, I've been reading Wicked Schemes by Willowaus. It's just started getting really good!!!
My favorite poem by far is Invictus by William Ernest Henley. E.E. Cummings is good. I like my body is a great poem - very sensual. Not sure if you're into sensual poetry... Which reminds me of this Caroline/Klaus fic called Tracing Poems on Your Body which also has some great poems in it, the author clearly a sensual poetry fan, haha. Back to poems, I also like some Lou Beach. Kiss me a question and Freedom And when I'm in the mood for simple, childhood stuff, there's always Robert Frost, my favorite being The Road Not Taken and

I've been having terrible luck finding Dawn fic, so yay! Thank you, I'm excited for when I have a chance to sit down and read it. Also, its semi-lengthy which I enjoy in a fic. :D
And thank you for the Chloe rec, I love Chloe crossovers (they're my favorite kind :D), so I'm very intrigued. Especially because I really liked the Secret Circle when it was on, I was disappointed it got canceled. And the Caroline story looks interesting too, so thanks for reccing that as well.
And thank you for all the poetry recommendations, I recognize all the poets but I don't think I've read anything except a road not taken, so I'm excited to take a look!
I like it when people go on. :D Plus its full of recs for me, so you won't find me complaining at all. Happy Holidays to you too!
Okay, forewarning about my Dawn fic... I recall writing it now and I left it in kind of a place where I could, if I wanted to, make a sequel. So it's really more like a prequel... to something I haven't thought up... or written... and may never get around to. So, if you want to avoid that headache, I'd understand, lol. I'm sure I had some idea back then of what to write next but I've completely forgotten by now.
I always hear so much about Emily Dickinson, but I admit I haven't read a lot by her. So I will definitely be checking out this link and reading as much as I can. (I love that it appears to have a lot by her, I'm excited.)
I've written a couple of Fred fics, some tragic, all based around aHitW (which you'll totally understand if you read them). They aren't my favourite fics, but they hold a special place in my heart (because Fred love). I'm sure I should have some good recs, too, but I can't find any of my links in bookmarks :(
First of all yay you write Fred fic!!!! After reading what I have of your work, I'm super excited to get a chance to sit down and read Fred-centric fic from you. Especially some tragic angsty fic, because I love that type of fic too much. :D So definitely bookmarking this and you will be hearing from me for sure. XD
Any particular Poe poems you love? Or should I just read everything I can find?

Old Possum's Book of Practical cats is a favorite.
But The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock and The Wasteland are really the best.
