what kind of scary ass clowns came to your birthday party?

I've felt, well terribl, for days now. Like I've lost count how many, but its not been fun. I thought yesterday might have been me starting to feel better, but then today came and I swear my body laughed at me, like 'psych, got ya'. And I don't care what the weather station said, my allergies are acting up like crazy. And I'm inside my house. (Yes ( Read more... )

writing is hard, no operating heavy machinery for me, i want something to marathon, headachey, my beautiful f-list, meme, bad day, randomness, have you seen my muse?, you know you want to, sick, all the fandoms, come play with me

My doctor told me when I had bad allergies in February to look at my inside. Look for the tiniest tiniest signs of mold and dust and eliminate them. Also sometimes I think a humidifier help but that's a double-edged sword because it adds to the mold (and mold remover is bleach-y and disgusting.) Feel better!

Thanks for the advice! I'll defenitely look around. (Also, I know I don't dust enough, so you know, that could have something to do with it too...) And I'll look into the humidifier thing.

Thank you! You're always so sweet.

I'm so sorry you're unwell :(. And meh, some days, writing just doesn't happen. What is it that you're trying to write?

Could I have Hunger Games for the first meme, and Finnick Odair for the second?

Thank you!

Its very true. I'm just tired of my writing slump. My first priority is a b-day presnt that's already late and still has a lot of work to do on it. I have it like half written out in my head but everytime I look at it, my mind goes blank. Second priority is my exchange work, just so I'm not completly scrambling at the deadline, but I have some stuff written for that, so I'm less focused. But still. It seems like anything I attempt/look at (time sensative or not) my muse goes running from. Like you said, some days writing just doens't happen.

I could...try these. But remember, I actually haven't read/seen THG's. (Though from my f-list, I'd say I probably should. It just hasn't happened yet.)

FUCK why do I keep assuming you read Hunger Games??? It's Scorp who's always throwing Finnick/Annie at me, and yet I always, always, always talk myself into thinking it was you! Sorry! Let's do AtS and Wesley instead, y/y?

I haven't even started on my exchange, mostly because I had another one due tomorrow. So, you know, you're my superhero for starting yours :).

It's really okay. I understand forgetting about fandoms. Its hard to remember. And ATS/Wesley is an awesome alternative choice. :D

LOL, well who knows how much of it will end up in the end result. But I do like being called a superhero. ;D But you doing more than one exchange at a time, way more then I could do, so maybe your the superhero.

Awww, so sorry to hear you feel so miserable. To help I offer up my fave fic show - Smallville! You had to know that was coming. ☺ Character- Chloe!

Thank you, you're super sweet. And double thank you for the meme action. ;D And SV/Chloe always good choices in my book.

SMALLVILLE

favorite male character: Lex is probably my favorite overall, we got a lot more of him, though I dislike his ending(s) in both S7 (or I guess S8) and in S10. Oliver is right there after him. Apparently I like emotionally damaged billionaries. *shrugs*
favorite female character: Chloe. She is actually my favorite character from the show as a whole, which watching live was so hard because I kept being afraid she would die all the time. BUT SHE LIVED! :D Seriously though, my sv tag is pretty much always Chloe related. (Second place falls to Tess, she suffered from some bad writing/storylines, but her character was solid and it was interesting to see her go from anti-hero to possible hero.
prettiest character: Bias, says Chloe. But all the girls were gorgous. As well as all of the boys. Pretty much if you were on Smallville, you were ridiculously good looking. My get out of it answer for this, is prettiest ( ... )

so sorry you aren't feeling well! and I *hear* you on the writing side of life! it's not even that I don't have motivation - it's that when I finally have time to sit down at the end of the day, all I really want to do is read. (consequently I am currently reading EVERYTHING to make up for my fandom in-activity)

For the first meme: Who
for the second: DAWN OF COURSE

Unfortunately its a feeling I'm getting used to. But life goes on. And yes! I totally hear you. Sometimes even when you have the time/motivation/ideas it doesn't even matter because there's this story over here that you totally want to read. (LOL, I think its a good plan. Let me know if you have any good recs. :D)

Doctor Who (Full disclosure, I have only seen the Amy Pond years/episodes of DW. My friend introduced me to the series in S5 and I fell in love with her. And I ended up leaving when she did. I always had plans on going back. I heard good things about Clara. But it just hasn't happened yet. I also have plans for watching the earlier episodes, but alas, that hasn't happened either.)

* favorite male character: Eleven
* favorite female character: Amy, lol, I think she was the reason I watched the show in the beginning. She had me when she tied up the doctor and then later when she yelled "why did you only say five minutes?". And then she tied up the doctor again with his tie in the locked car door. I mean what wasn't to love ( ... )
