Thst sounds good! I second using the cooking spray next time for the taters, they do stick like a bitch. It sometimes helps if you mix them around a bit during the cooking. Another, really easy way to make corn on the cob: --don't shuck it --heat the oven to around 375, and put the corn in the oven, right on the rack. --cook for 30-45 minutes (depending on your corn). --remove it from the oven, and peel of the husks. The come off much easier when cooked, actually.
