I left the headset for my XBox on the floor and went out. When I came home I discovered that Copper had decided the foam covering for the earpiece was a tasty tret. It is now fairly chewed up. I looked on Amazon for a replacement covering and found nothing. I looked at Radio Shack and the ones they had were all the wrong size

I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions, aside from the fact that Circuit City is going out of business...you might try there... Or Target, which is not going out of business.

I've heard anecdotally that MS will send you a free replacement if you say your headset broke.
