My flight back arrives in at 11:10 a.m. tomorrow. Can we still swing it?

And if you'd like to see Bolt in 3D, I'd totally go with you. :D

Well, I believe that can indeed be swung on the way up, except I've got class in the evening, so it's gonna be a bit of an asspain to go from LAX back to Malibu and then back to Hollywood again. @_@

So...do you have any classes or anything you need to be to on Monday evening? If not, and if you're willing, we can do chillaxing again at either Howard Hughes or in Hollywood. I've only got the one class in the evening, from 7:00 to 10:00, and there's a superlarge TV in the student lounge for during that time. So if you WANT to you can come with me and hang around Hollywood for the afternoon/evening, and we'll both get back around 11:00.

However, that's only if you're able to and want to. :O Otherwise, while I could still pick you up, it'd just be a lot of driving that day for me.

...or I could just schedule the shuttle. Seriously, if it's going to be a pain in the rear for you, I'm not going to make you do it.

I have a class at noon that the professor already knows I might be late to, and I also have classes at 2 and 4 and sorority event at 7. Monday is kind of my busy day. ^^;

So it's pretty much up to you. It's not too late for me to grab a shuttle if you'd rather not do massive amounts of driving.

Okay then, if you've got classes you have to be at already, then maybe it'd be best for you to catch a shuttle. Cursification! :O

Psh, don't worry about being in the Nammy thread. There's already plenty of people in it, and Zack doesn't need to be everywhere with the BPH crew, you know. ;D

Hmmm, I dunno. Could be a bunch of different factors; November is usually a real difficult month.

Go figure. It'd be nice if spending time with the family was actually LESS stressful than it usually needs to be.

No, I've been concentrating on TWEWY recently. :O

I ... uh... leveled up like mad. XD Super-leveling up, at that. XD Drink lots of Viper drinks and things that'll boost your attack and HP. One of my favorite pins is Lightning Rook, and I have the bunny healing pin. Uh... *thinks* I also had some slash attacks and if you can get Beat's 2nd and 3rd level fusion, it'll knock him good. D: You can't fight Sho with Joshua? I usually use Josh and not Beat. XDD You can switch your partner on the items screen, if that helps.

Oof, okay, I'll have to spend a lot of time leveling, then...where do you get the Viper drinks? And for that matter, how do you level up fusion attacks?

I think I have the Sheep Heavenly bunny healing pin, except you only get something like two uses out of it? >_> I dunno, I just assumed the healing pins with five or six uses would be more...useful!

No, apparently that boss battle automatically sticks you with Beat. D: I'm in Joshua's week right now and I've been using Shiki as my partner since she synchs well and has really high bravery, but somehow Beat still popped up.

Ahhh... okay. Usually I get stuck with Joshua for that one, but maybe I'm thinking of another Sho battle. XD

Viper drinks.... I think you get from the department store, with the health food guy.

and my bunny pin has 4 uses and heals you almost all the the way with each hit. XD

and as for fusion attacks-- you have to get the stickers. Beat's are usually in Udagawa, I believe.

I think it's a plot battle from Beat's week, so it's Taboo!Sho, which is even worse. >>;

Mmm, figures. Everything there is super expensive!

Okay, I suppose I shall have to go looking for those. Thanks!

It's definitely different from the usual JRPG, at least in terms of battle system, so it's fun that way!

Yeah, you may be stuck leveling up for a while. But I agree with person up there who suggested getting higher level fusions. They help a LOT. Once you get some higher-level gear (like the character's items, which are entirely worth the pain in the ass it is to get them) everything gets much, much easier.

Also I recommend you go buy Ultimate difficulty mode from Shibu-Q Heads when you get a chance. It sounds like the last thing you want to do now, but the pin drops and the amount of money you get are entirely worth it. Plus it's the only way to get a lot of the items you need to trade for the good stuff at the shops.

Aw coises. XD; I guess I do need to go level up...elephants and wyverns, here I come?! Or is Shiki's week manageable on Ultimate mode?

Also, where do you buy new fusions for Beat and Shiki and co., and where do you buy a wallet that'll hold more monies?

I've got Sho's hat on Neku right now, but I dunno what else is a good item to stick on him (or Beat, since arrrgh his Bravery is low).

The difficulty curve isn't unreasonable on ultimate. You could probably find a nice (lowish... 35-40 is what I use) level and do just fine.

You can find new fusions as stickers at the stores like anything else. I hope you have some scarletites left because they are a pain in the ass to get after you aren't getting them for free with storyline events. And I don't remember where to get a new wallet... check all the stores!

Start trying to collect the other characters' items. Most of Sho's (his jeans, jacket etc) are super awesome and high powered. It's also worth it to cram enough stuff down Beat's throat to purchase his own hat from Hanekoma, it's a huuuuuge boost and it makes his fusions incredibly easy.

Also the best healing pin is Splish-Splash Barrier. It's blue and has a fish on it, and I believe it's Sheep Heavenly brand? Anyway, you press Neku and he becomes immune to all attacks while constantly regenerating huge amounts of HP as long as the pin is active. PLUS it can be used unlimited times in a battle. The TWEWY wiki says you can find it on Beat's third day from the gray crab Noise. Set your level really low because the drop rate for it is only 0.80%, but it is THE BEST PIN.
