on a related note, which i wanted to post in my lj but didn't for the tmi:
i had my very first shart last week.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS MY SECOND.

But the first was when I had a colonoscopy and was still kind of loppy from sedation, and they get a lot of air and lube in your colon when they're ----

Yeah, but as you can probably understand, I wasn't exactly in my "right mind" and the pun escaped me. I think I'll edit it now even though everyone's seen this already.

They're not kidding when they say "wear dark colors."

The good news about this poop is that I know it's WORKING.

And that I really do need to stay under 15 grams of fat per meal.

It WASN'T a "bad" experience, though. I mean, I was at home, I should have gone to the bathroom to fart (hahaha), but it wasn't painful or uncomfortable. And that's what's important to me, I guess.
