Not only are the lawyers trying to practice medicine, now they think they are scientists are well. Some of the ideas they come up with couldn't pass mustard by a group of first year pre-med students.

Seems there is a great deal of confusion on this bill. It is so badly worded that it mean just about anything to anyone. So I hope it'll get taken down till it can be re-written to make sence or just not bother with it again ;)
